The Northview dual meet always brings out the best in both school for this neighboring rivalry. Fortunately for the Colts, Covina was able to pull off victories at each level sealing the league championship for the boys varsity, girls varsity, and boys fs teams. The boys varsity matchup came down to the final two events and CHS needed to either capture the 4x400 relay or place at least 3rd in the triple jump to win. Both scenarios happened as Covina won the relay and secured a 3rd place mark in the triple jump.

The team received a medal in almost every event they entered and the B team for the boys also won a handful of top three places. The rest of division II couldn't keep up with the Colts team depth and solid performances.
